Returning sale items
Items purchased in sale period may not be returned! Funds will not be returned and any Afterpay invoice will not be canceled. However, exchange is possible for items purchased with up to 50% sale, and within the 14 day period. This also applies to general offers and discount codes within the webshop. With an exchange, you will receive a shop credit the moment we receive your return item. With this you are able to purchase a new item.
Notification of return items
If you want to notify us of a return item, always do so through email. You may send it to the following email address, firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your notification, you will receive a return number. This number must be written on the package. This number will ensure that we are able to accept your return and that it arrives at the returns department.
Please make sure the return form is completely filled out. Otherwise we are not able to accept it as a return item. Eve’s Fashion recommends sending your package via our return label via PostNL. Here you will receive a ticket of proof of sending us your package and it will be traceable through track and trace. Please hold on to the track and trace code until you have received confirmation from us that we have received your package!
We offer a return label for € 1, - cheaper to us for dutch costumers. When using this return label, the shipping costs at PostNL are €5,95 instead of €6,95. You have to pay this at a PostNL delivery point / location or online via their payment link.
Payment conditions with return items
If one or multiple items you have purchased from us are not satisfactory, and you would like to return them, you will always receive a refund of your money, unless the items were purchased in sale. Once we have received your return items, we will check the items for wear and tear. If everything meets the conditions, you may expect your money to be refunded into your account within 30 days.
However, the €2,50 Afterpay fee must still be paid at all times.
By law, we are allowed to reject items such as lingerie, bikinis, swimsuits etc. from a hygienic point of view. We fully understand this is very inconvenient when you have received for example, a size too small or you are not completely satisfied. Which is why, in this circumstance, we apply a rule of leniency where swimwear and lingerie may be exchanged for store credit. We do not return any funds. With this store credit you are able to choose another size or even another product.

From a hygienic point of view, the Lash Queen eyelashes may not be sent back as a return item. Should your product show any sign of a defect, than please contact us within 2 days at email@example.com
