Delivery
Once your order and your payment have been processed we will send your order. It will be sent through PostNL, and orders placed before 15:00 will be sent the same day!
You can always add your choice of shipping address. If you have placed an order with a total value over €100, than you will receive free delivery in NL. For placed orders under €100,- we apply a delivery rate of €5,95.

Returns
It is always possible that a purchased item does not live up to your expectations. It may be too small, too large or you just don't like it altogether. That is not a problem for us.
Whatever the reason: at Eve's Fashion we have a handy, easy and clear return policy. This makes online purchasing a lot more fun! Here you can read more about our return policy.
Return period
At Eve's Fashion you have a right of withdrawal consisting of 14 days. Return items must be sent back within this period.
This way, you have enough time to fit the item and decide on whether you choose to keep the item or to return it.
Returning sale items
Items purchased in sale period may not be returned! Funds will not be returned and any Afterpay invoice will not be canceled. However, exchange is possible for items purchased with up to 50% sale, and within the 14 day period. This also applies to general offers and discount codes within the webshop. With an exchange, you will receive a shop credit the moment we receive your return item. With this you are able to purchase a new item.
